No, FEV3R is not a TPA but we work with all TPAs. In the patient flow, we sit before the TPA as initial consultations would be done via FEV3R, with subsequent referrals to your TPA’s p.
Yes. To ensure the highest possible standards of care are adhered to and delivered to members, we only employ doctors registered in Malaysia with valid Annual Practicing Certificates.
Even employees with chronic diseases exhibit the everyday symptoms that affect us all. Your employees can speak to us about managing their chronic disease, however long-term medication associated with the treatment of chronic disease is not covered by FEV3R.

Patient privacy is our utmost concern. Patient medical data will be kept confidential in our platform and all documents saved in the FEV3R app are digitally encrypted. Our patients’ data and medical records are compliant with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). These records are only accessible to healthcare providers directly involved in a patient’s care, and to support internal processes.

FEV3R is not a replacement for physical clinic visits. It’s an enhancement. We have analyzed over half a million consultations with outpatient doctors and found that 70% of all clinic visits relate to symptoms that can be treated virtually.
Our doctors are trained to recognize when a patient requires a physical consultation and will always refer you to the nearest clinic when required.
FEV3R offers you the ability to see a doctor quickly and in the comfort of your home or office and to have prescription medications dispatched to your location. We save you time on unnecessary clinic visits and let you concentrate on your recovery.
FEV3R prides itself on delivering quality care consistently, regardless of which doctor attends to you. But we also understand personal preferences. You can indicate a preference for a male or female doctors within the app when you open your clinic session. On subsequent visits, you will be given the option to connect to the same doctor as your last consultation. If they are on duty, we will connect you.
FEV3R app is available in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Our doctors are fluent in both languages.
FEV3R increases your healthcare choices. Your company has provided you with access to FEV3R as an employment benefit. To gain the most from this experience, you should use FEV3R as the starting point for all your health matters.
You can ask FEV3R’S doctor to refer you to your preferred clinic should a physical consultation be required. Please check your company’s policy on visiting clinics without using FEV3R first.
We offer free delivery nationally for any medication prescribed by a FEV3R doctor. We offer 4-hour delivery around Klang Valley. Delivery progress can be tracked via the FEV3R app.
For those outside our normal delivery zones, or if you choose to collect your medication in-person, you can do so at any pharmacy nationwide by showing the pharmacist the FEV3R prescription stored under the My Documents container in the FEV3R app.
After paying for your medication, use the FEV3R app to take a photo of the receipt and the cost will be reimbursed to your personal bank account once processed.

Yes. This is a legal requirement. We are required to verify your identity before we can issue a prescription to you.
Don’t worry. Our AI Auto Suggest button is there to help connect you to a doctor as quickly as possible. If your symptoms are not listed, you can turn it off and enter them or the parts of the body manually.
Our doctors will perform a more detailed medical history assessment during your virtual consultation and will help you to complete an accurate and thorough review of your symptoms.

FEV3R offers the convenience of medication delivered directly to you at your location. Alternatively, you can choose to collect it in-person from any pharmacy nationwide.
Medical data at your fingertips. Inside the app information is organized into different containers: ‘Reports’ and ‘My Documents’. Within Reports, there are additional containers for documents related to the latest consultation, prescriptions, referral letters, Medical Certificates, lab documents and chat (consultation) transcriptions.

You can simply start a new consultation by selecting the chat icon on the bottom right of the dashboard/home page. Or you can page through your consultation summaries and select the ‘Discuss with Doctor’ button. The doctor will then have the consultation information on their screen when you speak to them.
Please ensure the personal mobile number used during registration is linked to your bank account and DuitNow has been activated. If your receipt contains other purchases, longer processing times are required to verify the process.
No. As long as the consultation, prescribed drugs, medical services, or laboratory services are covered by your FEV3R subscription.
Yes. If the consultation, prescribed drugs, medical services, or laboratory services are NOT covered by your FEV3R subscription.
No. If you do so, FEV3R cannot cover the cost of your consultation or medication. Please open a new virtual consultation in the app and obtain a referral letter from one of our doctors.
Speak to your HR department about packages available for family members. To ensure the integrity of your medical records and ensure that you receive the most relevant and accurate healthcare, we recommend that you do not share your FEV3R account with others.

No. The FEV3R member is required to consult a doctor with the referral letter issued by the virtual FEV3R clinic.

No. In this case, the patient will need to open a new session in the FEV3R app and obtain a referral letter from one of our doctors.
A Subscription Medicine list will be distributed to our partner clinics. We will cover only the medicines as listed in the Subscription Medicine list for our members.
If they choose to, the referral doctor may download the generated document from the FEV3R platform and upload to their CMS as a record.
Where medications are prescribed there will need to be a record and so that the clinic can print out labels for the prescribed drugs.
